摘 要：
Motivated by the Chinese doctors and hospitals matching problem, we study a general two-sided matching model with distributional constraints. In the case of doctor-hospital matching, every hospital faces both floor and ceiling constraints, and each region also has to meet floor and ceiling constraints on the number of doctors. We investigate how to assign doctors to hospitals in an efficient and stable way. We propose a new deferred acceptance algorithm for finding such solutions.

程瑶，西南财经大学经济学院副教授，英国约克大学经济学博士，研究兴趣涵盖机制设计、博弈论、健康经济学等领域，论文发表于Journal of Health Economics, 经济学（季刊）等，主持一项国家级课题。
