On October 11th, the Department of Tourism and Exhibitions held a field activity at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Guided by Associate Professor Dang Ning, all 2018 undergraduates majoring in tourism management and exhibition economics management, visited the 4th Global Licensing Exhibition (LEC) as part of their studies in venue resources.
During the visit, students experienced ID card and e-ticket admission, visited the VIP rest area, and actively participated in various exhibition activities. Immersed in the great atmosphere of LEC, and enlightened by their field investigation, the students summarized the problems of exhibition and venue management, and analyzed the reasons behind these problems.
Through visiting this exhibition, students gained a more detailed understanding of exhibition venue facilities and a deeper understanding of the layout of exhibition venues.
